The Challenge
Elite athletes and the teams supporting them need a dependable way to exchange information, coordinate assistance, and resolve issues quickly. ENARD required an official communication environment that worked consistently on iOS and Android and supported separate experiences for athletes, managers, and support personnel.
The Solution
In partnership with Nativa Digital, The Blue Box developed the athlete-facing application and supporting manager applications using React Native. Twilio Chat provides real-time messaging, while Twilio VoIP enables direct voice communication within the athlete-support ecosystem.
