The Challenge
The Arena is an education technology organization that supports students through structured programs. As the organization grew, its operational infrastructure couldn't keep pace. Each student cohort required a duplicated Notion workspace — a manual, time-consuming process that created inconsistency and limited scale.
Student reporting was equally constrained. Generating psychological profiles and progress reports required running individual ChatGPT prompts one at a time — a process that was slow, inconsistent, and impossible to scale without adding significant staff time.
The Solution
Jams built a purpose-built two-sided platform for The Arena — one side for program administrators, one side for students. The platform manages program structure, student enrollment, and engagement workflows. Critically, it generates AI-assisted psychological profiles in batches, dramatically increasing the number of students the team can support without proportional increases in staff time.
Human review remains part of the process — the AI handles the generation work, and staff review and approve before profiles are finalized.
